Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Copyright Notice

Copyright to Publisher
I hereby assign copyright to Resbee for the manuscript given above where, the authors agree to grant an exclusive publishing and distribution license and any tables, illustrations, or other material submitted for publication as part of the manuscript (the "Article"). This assignment of rights means that I have granted Resbee, the exclusive right to publish and reproduce the Article, or any part of the Article, in print, electronic, and all other media (whether now known or later developed), in any form, in all languages, throughout the world, for the full term of copyright, and the right to license others to do the same, effective when the Article is accepted for publication. This includes the right to enforce the rights granted hereunder against third parties.

I understand that no revisions, additional terms, or addenda to this Journal Publishing Agreement can be accepted without Resbee express written consent. I understand that this Journal Publishing Agreement supersedes any previous agreements I have entered into with Resbee in relation to the Article from the date hereof.

Author Rights and sharing policies
I understand that I retain or am hereby granted (without the need to obtain further permission) the Author Rights and that no rights in patents, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights are transferred to Resbee.

The Author's Rights include the right to use the Preprint, Accepted Manuscript, and Published Journal Article for Personal Use, Internal Institutional Use, and Scholarly Sharing.

In the case of the Accepted Manuscript and the Published Journal Article the Author Rights exclude Commercial Use (unless expressly agreed in writing by Resbee), other than use by the author in a subsequent compilation of the author's works or to extend the Article to book-length form or re-use by the author of portions or excerpts in other works (with full acknowledgment of the original publication of the Article).

Author Confirmations
• The Article I have submitted to the journal for review is original, has been written by the stated authors, and has not been previously published.
• The Article was not submitted for review to another journal while under review by this journal and will not be submitted to any other journal.
• The Article and the Supplemental Materials do not infringe any copyright, violate any other intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person or entity, or contain any libellous or other unlawful matter.
• I have obtained written permission from copyright owners for any excerpts from copyrighted works that are included and have credited the sources in the Article or the Supplemental Materials.
• Except as expressly set out in this Journal Publishing Agreement, the Article is not subject to any prior rights or licenses, and if my or any of my co-authors' institution has a policy that might restrict my ability to grant the rights required by this Journal Publishing Agreement (taking into account the Author Rights permitted hereunder, including Internal Institutional Use), a written waiver of that policy has been obtained.
• Any software contained in the Supplemental Materials is free from viruses, contaminants, or worms.
• If the Article or any of the Supplemental Materials were prepared jointly with other authors, I have informed the co-author(s) of the terms of this Journal Publishing Agreement and that I am signing on their behalf as their agent, and I am authorized to do so.

The names and email addresses entered in this journal site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of this journal and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.
