Aims and Scope

Journal of Networking and Communication Systems, which can be abbreviated as JNACS, aims at publishing original research articles, surveys, technical notes and brief papers in the area of wireless networks and communication systems. The journal aims at integrating the communication and networking engineers and researchers to share the trends and the developments in the field. The journal publishes and promotes high quality articles that have undergone a successful peer-review process by the experts panel of the journal.

Topics of interest, but not limited to

Architectures, protocols, and applications for networks such as, ad-hoc networks, mesh networks, sensor networks, delay tolerant networks, cognitive radio networks, vehicular networks.It covers architecture, analysis, design, software, standards, and security issues related to the emerging communication technologies such as, MIMO-OFDM, MIMO-NOMA, CDMA and LTE systems.

Instruction for authors

Before submitting papers to the journal, authors are recommended to read the instructions carefully and attach with the Manuscript guiding principle, which are specified in this page. After the instructions and guiding principle are read thoroughly, authors are directed to submit their paper in this page and only online submissions are accepted here.

Submission

In submission of paper to journal, the authors swear that the paper has not been partially/fully submitted for review or published in other journal or accepted for publication and it won’t be published anywhere in other languages without receiving permission from the copyright holder.

Instructions

Contents of the paper, text passages, tables and figures are considered as initiated from the authors unless submitting and attaining agreement to utilize the same from the copyright holder of the articles from where it has been taken

Paper submission mentions that the authors are much systematic about the copyright policies, journal guidelines, journal’s terms and conditions, as well as scientific and publishing ethics.

Plagiarism

Manuscript is considered for review after screening. After receiving the manuscript from authors, the editorial panel deals with a task of which authors are not aware and they have to identify the plagiarism. Plagiarism in any structure constitutes a serious destruction of fundamental principles of scholarship and cannot be tolerate.

Examples of plagiarism include:
  • The author must recognize the source while using the unique concept or phrase from other paper.
  • Express the meaning of someone’s idea using different words without acknowledging them is referred as paraphrasing.
  • Self-plagiarism is identified as the submission of same or very similar manuscript to many publications at the same time.
  • Plagiarism is identified as copying the section from other manuscript without acknowledging the source or author.
  • Objects should not be attributed to source from which it cannot beobtainedis referred as false citation.
  • Without preceding approval involved from the parties, multiple submission of a paper are unacknowledged for several purposes.
Responsibilities

According to the format given in the instructions, manuscripts are necessary to prepare for authors. The responsibility of an author is to confirm that the submitted manuscript presents a corrected copy based on both technically and grammatically.

The publisher reserves the right to re-review or reject the paper if the manuscript is unsuitable for publication or it does not meet the criteria defined in the review form.

Author should be the owner of copyright and permitted to sign the Author Agreement. Authors should withdraw the manuscript formally in writing, before applying the manuscript in another journal.

  • If your paper is accepted, the corresponding author will receive an email asking them to complete a copyright licensing agreement on behalf of all co-authors.
  • If you select the Copyright Transfer Agreement (Non–Open Access)
    • If you do not choose the Open Access option, the corresponding author will be asked to sign the “copyright agreement form”.
    • An email is sent to the corresponding author with full details regarding copyright transfer.
    • The author must return the copyright form to the journal with a digital signature.
  • If you choose Open Access
    • Open Access is available for authors who want their research to be freely accessible at the time of publication or who are required to comply with funder access mandates.
    • For Open Access publication, the article publication fee must be paid by:
      • The author
      • The author’s institution
      • The funding body
    • With Open Access:
      • The article becomes freely available to all readers on Resbee Publisher Library.
      • The final published PDF may be posted immediately on personal websites, institutional repositories, or public platforms.
      • The article will be deposited in the funding agency’s required archive.
    • If Open Access is selected, the corresponding author may choose from the following Creative Commons licenses:
      • CC BY – Creative Commons Attribution License
      • CC BY-NC – Creative Commons Attribution Non-Commercial License
      • CC BY-NC-ND – Creative Commons Attribution Non-Commercial No-Derivatives License
Reference

The electronic version of the published article with digital watermark is given to the corresponding author, after the article acceptance.

Journal provides the printed version of the corresponding issue with the fixed cost, if the author requires hard copy of the published paper.

Ethical Statements

By submitting the manuscripts to Journal of Networking and Communication Systems, the authors assure that the they have fulfilled the following ethical statements

  • Submitted manuscript must be based on the authors' own research outcome, which has neither been published before or nor being under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  • The conducted research and its analysis must be complete, fair and truthful.
  • The manuscript must adhere with the copyright laws. All the sources of contents must be properly cited.
  • Copying of contents from other publications/ materials must be produced under quotation with appropriate citation inside the manuscript
  • Authorships must be defined truthfully based on the substantial contributions of each author/ researcher in conducting the research.
  • Authors are responsible for any violations of copyright laws, misconducts and unethical practices on the research.
  • Any violation, if proven, will lead to severe steps including retraction and removal of the published contents.
  • Authors must be aware of the ethical practices in publication as per committee on publication ethics https://publicationethics.org/
Generative AI tool usage

Authors are required to disclose any use of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) tools or AI-assisted technologies during the preparation of their manuscript. This includes, but is not limited to, AI-generated text, images, data analysis, coding assistance, proofreading, or content enhancement. Authors must explicitly state the nature and extent of AI usage in a dedicated “AI Usage Declaration” section within the manuscript. Failure to disclose AI involvement may result in rejection of the manuscript or withdrawal of the published article.

  • All editorial decisions—including manuscript acceptance, peer review outcomes, and publication priority—are made solely based on scientific merit, originality, and relevance.
  • Advertisements have no influence on editorial evaluation, peer review processes, or publication decisions under any circumstances.
  • Editors, reviewers, and authors are not permitted to receive any benefit or influence from advertisers.
  • Resbee Publishers accepts advertisements that support academic and research activities, including but not limited to:
    • Research tools & software
    • Laboratory equipment
    • Academic workshops, conferences, and symposiums
    • Research funding and fellowship opportunities
    • Publication, editing, and analytical support services
    • Institutional announcements related to education or research
  • All advertisements must maintain professional and academic relevance.
  • Ads may appear on the journal homepage, publisher’s main page, or designated ad slots.
  • Standard rate: USD 100 per month for homepage or primary display locations.
  • Placement of ads is independent of the editorial workflow and managed exclusively by the administrative/marketing team.
  • All advertisements undergo a basic screening to ensure they:
    • Are relevant to the academic and research community
    • Do not promote unethical, discriminatory, misleading, or illegal activities
    • Do not conflict with Resbee Publishers’ mission and ethical standards
  • Resbee Publishers reserves the right to reject any advertisement without providing a detailed justification.
  • Advertisements are clearly distinguished from editorial content through layout, styling, or labeling.
  • Sponsored content or advertorials, if any, will be explicitly marked as “Sponsored”.
  • Displaying an advertisement does not imply endorsement of the product, service, or organization by Resbee Publishers.
  • Advertisers bear full responsibility for the accuracy of their claims and the legality of their content.
  • Resbee Publishers may update advertising terms, rates, or guidelines as needed. Any changes will be announced in advance on the publisher’s website.
Revenue Policy

Resbee Publishers maintains a transparent and sustainable revenue model to support high-quality editorial processes, platform maintenance, and global dissemination of scholarly content. The following revenue channels are adopted by the publisher:

  • Article Subscription & Institutional Access
    • Resbee Publishers follows a paper-based subscription model:
    • Individual Paper Subscription: Readers may purchase access to individual published papers.
    • Bulk Institutional Orders: Universities, libraries, research institutions, and corporate R&D departments may subscribe to annual or volume-based access packages at discounted institutional rates.
    • This model enables wide dissemination and supports institutions in offering uninterrupted access to research content.
  • Extra Page Charges (EPC)
    • Each manuscript includes 8 pages under the standard publication package.
    • An Extra Page Charge (EPC) of USD 100 per page applies beyond the 8-page limit.
    • Current Waiver: EPC fees are presently waived as part of Resbee’s promotional policy, encouraging authors to publish extended research without additional charges.
    • The publisher reserves the right to revise or reinstate EPC charges based on operational requirements.
  • Advertising & Sponsored Listings
    • Resbee Publishers offers dedicated advertising space to organizations providing research tools, academic services, and scholarly opportunities.
    • Homepage Advertisement Slot: A banner or display ad on the main page can be booked for USD 100 per month.
    • Suitable for:
      • Research software and tools
      • Editing or analytical services
      • Academic workshops, conferences, and competitions
      • Fellowship, internship, and funding announcements
    • All advertisements are subject to editorial approval to maintain academic integrity.
  • Additional Revenue Channels (Optional for Future Expansion)
    • Print-on-demand versions
    • Sponsored special issues
    • Paid methodological workshops
    • Premium access analytics for institutions
    • These shall be communicated through updated policy notifications.
  • Policy Enforcement
    • The revenue policy applies uniformly across all journals under Resbee Publishers.
    • Any revisions to fees or subscription terms will be announced at least 30 days prior to enforcement.
    • Authors, advertisers, and institutions must comply with all financial obligations as per the latest policy.
